Our Yoga Retreat including an ancient technique – Shatkarma – body cleansing practice, which helps to prepare the body for asana, pranayama and meditation practice. Throughout your classes you will learn how to purify your physical and emotional body through intensive breathing techniques, reach inner concentration, and connect with your soul.

To book a seat a minimum of 40% of total amount shall be deposited as advance. This is a non-refundable fees but can be shifted / adjusted to another training course.

Himalayan Yoga Retreat offers custom yoga and meditation retreats for those looking for a short term and authentic experience. 1 and 2 weeks Yoga Retreats are offered with food and private room accommodation.

In the HYR foods that are considered sattvic include most vegetables, ghee (clarified butter), fruits, legumes, and whole grains.  HYR provide to you food techniques of daily basis. Like what you eat in the morning, afternoon and evening? (Please discusses)      

 In contrast, tamasic foods (such as onions and garlic) and rajasic foods (such as coffee, hot peppers, and salt) can increase dullness or hyperactivity, respectively. For example, in the hot summer you may feel best on a lower fat diet with lots of raw vegetables, while in a cold climate you may need heartier, warm, cooked foods with plenty of healthy fats.
