Himalayan Yoga Retreat (HYR) offers a comprehensive 200 Hours (28 days) Yoga Teacher Training Certification that provides thorough training in all aspects of yoga – Hatha yoga , Ashtanga yoga and Vinyasa Flow. This course is designed for motivated practitioners who wish to make yoga a way of life, and wish to spread the knowledge.

HYR’s YTT students are trained in these disciplines as a part of their teacher training and can use this knowledge to further their personal practice and teaching practice. Mantra
To give the purest thoughts to our mind (like a positive virus). We teach the correct pronunciation of Vedic mantras in Sanskrit and we teach Japa (chanting). The pronunciation is essential in creating a vibration working on our different bodies (subtle, physical & mental). Project Report

The participants have to write a report on the practice of Yoga, teaching practice and their personal experience, about any yoga topic. Yoga means unity, for the outer body it is expressed in the form of healthiness and happiness. For the inner body, it is a way to be one with god, like all rivers which lead to one ocean, the soul dissolves in god.
