Project Report

The participants have to write a report on the practice of Yoga, teaching practice and their personal experience, about any yoga topic. Yoga means unity, for the outer body it is expressed in the form of healthiness and happiness. For the inner body, it is a way to be one with god, like all rivers which lead to one ocean, the soul dissolves in god.
